I view therapy as a professional relationship that encourages insight and expansion. I use a relational psychodynamic approach to conceptualize our work together, and am able to incorporate aspects of attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor therapy to your particular needs. I invite deep emotional exploration and connection into our clinical space. I believe that insight into lifelong patterns and past experiences facilitates the emergence of new ways of relating to self and others.
Individual Therapy
My work centers on uncovering deeper meanings of difficulties and symptoms. Through attentive listening and pattern exploration, we can work towards creating more freedom in feeling and expression. I work with persons 15 and older.
